How to do an e-klaim?

To claim your JHT (Jaminan Hari Tua) benefits online via e-klaim, follow these steps:

1. Visit the service portal below by clicking the provided link.
2. Fill in your personal details such as NIK, full name, and participant number.
3. Upload all required documents and a recent front-facing photo. Supported file types are JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF with a maximum file size of 6MB.
4. Once your submission is confirmed, click save.
5. You will receive an online interview schedule via email.
6. A BPJS officer will contact you via video call for data verification.
7. After verification, your JHT balance will be transferred to the bank account you submitted in the form.
